Why we use it
We process data to perform your purchase and delivery contract, comply with accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud and secure the store, provide customer support, and — where required — on the basis of your consent for optional marketing or tracking.
Who may receive data
We may use service providers necessary for hosting, payment processing, delivery, email and store operations. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as raw card data by the Samaann frontend.
Retention
We keep order and accounting data for periods required by law and keep other data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose. Account data can also be retained while the account remains active, subject to legal retention obligations.
