Seller and scope
These terms apply to consumer purchases made through the Samaann online store. The seller’s legal identity and contact details are shown in the seller panel on this page and must be read together with the product information and policies linked below.
Products, availability and prices
Product characteristics, current price and availability are displayed before checkout. The final checkout total shows product price, discounts and delivery before the binding order is placed. Browsing in another display currency is for convenience; the current checkout is charged in CZK unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Order and payment
You can review the order summary before choosing payment. The final order button clearly indicates that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Delivery
Delivery coverage and charges are described in the Shipping & delivery policy. Any charge applicable to your address is displayed before the order is submitted.
Promotions
Samaann may run basket-threshold offers. Current programme: free Prague delivery from 499 Kč; Secret Gift and Shagun eligibility from 999 Kč; automatic 100 Kč saving from 1,499 Kč; automatic 200 Kč saving from 2,999 Kč. The 200 Kč automatic saving replaces the 100 Kč automatic saving rather than adding to it. A specific coupon may have its own eligibility or combination rules. Secret gifts are selected by Samaann, subject to availability, and have no cash alternative.
If the Shagun feature is active, checkout displays the reward mechanics before you participate. Only one Shagun reward applies per eligible basket/order. A reward is applied to the checkout total after it is revealed. Promotional mechanics may be changed, paused or replaced for future orders; changes do not retroactively alter a confirmed order.
Withdrawal and returns
Eligible consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions including rapidly perishable goods and certain unsealed hygiene-protected goods. See Returns & refunds and use the online withdrawal function.
Complaints and non-conforming goods
Your statutory rights for goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity are not reduced by these terms. Contact support with the order details so the issue can be assessed and remedied as required.
Alternative dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute from a purchase contract cannot be resolved directly with us, the competent ADR entity for ordinary retail consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, email adr@coi.gov.cz.
